ATI WEEKEND 2011
We are a small private yard with 7 rental units. We are located
on the beach a little over a mile from the roundabout in town.There are 3 units in the Villa and 4 units in the Boardhouse. Each unit accommodates 2 people only. Only registered guests will be allowed in the yard.
We require a deposit upon reservation of one night's stay and balance upon arrival in US cash only. A $300 to $500 cash deposit for damages will be collected upon arrival and refunded at departure upon confirmation of room condition. There will be a charge of $50 US for any lost room key.
Parking is available on the premises and restricted to guests only. Improper parking will result in immediate towing. 24 hour security is provided.
Rates for ATI
Ocean Suite $300 US a night,
Garden Rooms $150 US a night,
Boardhouse Rooms $80 US a night.
